In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "363bet" refers to the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://363bet.club and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.
• "Account" means the personal registered user account created by a Player on the 363bet platform.
• "Balance" means the total of cleared, real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding pending bonus funds subject to wagering conditions.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matching bonuses credited to an Account under a specific promotion, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "BDT" means the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole transactional currency of the 363bet platform.
• "Mobile Wallet" means a Bangladesh-based mobile financial service account — specifically bKash, Nagad, or Rocket — used for deposits and withdrawals on the 363bet platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must bet using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means the Player must wager the bonus amount ten times over).
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using online gambling services is illegal under applicable local law.
• "Session" means a continuous period of platform activity beginning at login and ending at logout or automatic timeout.
• "Sporting Event" means any cricket match, football fixture, kabaddi contest, or other athletic competition on which 363bet offers betting markets.

To register and maintain an Account on 363bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 363bet is strictly an adult platform. Players under 18 years of age are absolutely prohibited from registering or using any feature of the platform.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an Account on 363bet that was suspended, restricted, or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 363bet, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile wallet number (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket). Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes an immediate and material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance pending investigation.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account. If 363bet identifies duplicate Accounts belonging to the same individual — whether through shared payment details, device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, or any other means — all duplicate Accounts will be closed immediately and any balances within them may be voided pending a formal review.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. 363bet will never ask you to share your password with a support agent or any other party.

You must notify 363bet support immediately via live chat if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised. 363bet accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Account Holder failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials or failed to report a suspected breach promptly.

• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your Account is personal to you and may not be used by or transferred to any other individual.
• You are responsible for all bets, transactions, and activities carried out from your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. 363bet reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 BDT to dormant accounts after providing reasonable prior notice by email or SMS to the registered contact details.
• It is your responsibility to keep your registered contact details — including your mobile number and associated wallet accounts — current and accurate at all times.

All transactions on the 363bet platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept deposits in any foreign currency, and no currency conversion service is offered by 363bet.

Accepted deposit methods are limited to the following Bangladesh mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. 363bet does not currently accept bank transfers, credit cards, debit cards, or any other payment instrument not listed here. This list is subject to change; the current accepted payment methods are displayed on the Deposits page of your Account.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 BDT per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits imposed by your mobile wallet provider and any additional limits set within your 363bet Account settings.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt of the mobile wallet transfer. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within 15 minutes, contact 363bet support with your transaction reference number.
• 363bet does not charge a deposit fee. Your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transfer charges, which are your sole responsibility.
• You must only deposit funds that belong to you. 363bet will not process deposits that originate from a payment source that is not registered in your name.

Withdrawal requests at 363bet are processed to the same mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) from which the Account's most recent deposit was made. This same-source withdrawal policy is a fraud prevention measure and applies without exception.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 BDT per request.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within approximately five minutes of submission during operational hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required.
• 363bet does not charge a withdrawal processing fee on its end. Charges levied by your mobile wallet provider are outside 363bet's control and are your sole responsibility.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile wallet account that is registered in your own name and matches the name on your 363bet Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You may only withdraw funds that constitute your real-money Balance. Bonus funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• 363bet reserves the right to conduct enhanced identity verification before processing any withdrawal above a threshold determined at its sole discretion. Requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of such verification.

363bet offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is active.

• Promotional offers are available only to Players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions are available to registered Players with a verified Account.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Account, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed before any portion of bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
• Real-money funds in your Account are used before bonus funds when placing bets, unless the applicable promotion terms state otherwise.
• 363bet reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time. In the event of a material change, reasonable notice will be provided where practicable.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus mechanics, or deliberately structuring bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in bonus cancellation, potential Account suspension, and forfeiture of associated winnings.

All bets placed on the 363bet sportsbook are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published separately and take precedence over these general rules in the event of a conflict.

• A bet is confirmed when 363bet displays a bet reference number on your screen and the corresponding amount is deducted from your Account balance. Bets that do not receive a reference number have not been accepted.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. 363bet reserves the right to void bets in specific circumstances outlined in these Terms.
• 363bet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or event at its sole discretion. Stake limits may vary by sport, tournament, and market type.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where the odds displayed are clearly incorrect — 363bet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. 363bet's determination of what constitutes an obvious error is final.
• Bets on abandoned, suspended, or postponed events are subject to the rules for the relevant sport. Generally, if a cricket match is abandoned without a result being reached, all bets are voided and stakes returned. Refer to the specific sport rules for full details.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to short suspension windows around key match events. 363bet accepts no liability for bets placed based on information that was already publicly known and reflected in the real-world event prior to market suspension.

The 363bet casino section provides access to games supplied by third-party certified game studios including, without limitation, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The rules governing each individual game are determined by the game studio and are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager.

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology operated by the respective game studio. 363bet does not control, manipulate, or interfere with game outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the round may be voided at the studio's or 363bet's discretion and the stake returned to the Player's Account. Winnings generated during a technically compromised round are not guaranteed.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes for each game are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by game and may be further restricted for specific promotional periods.
• 363bet accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of the rules of a casino game, nor for network interruptions on the Player's side that result in a disconnection mid-round.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 363bet platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud: Any act of deception, misrepresentation, or dishonest conduct in relation to deposits, withdrawals, identity, or betting activity.
• Money Laundering: Using the 363bet platform to process, disguise, or legitimise proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, market, or promotional competition.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated software to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human input.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematic exploitation of price discrepancies between markets in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational betting, particularly where the primary purpose is guaranteed profit rather than entertainment.
• Bonus Abuse: Any deliberate strategy aimed at extracting financial value from promotions beyond their intended purpose, including but not limited to multi-accounting, staking patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, and collusive wagering.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your mobile wallet provider after a deposit has been credited to your 363bet Account and used for betting activity.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to access your Account.

363bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the 363bet platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the 363bet platform or its content without the express prior written consent of 363bet.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 363bet's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

363bet shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the following types, whether or not foreseeable and whether arising directly or indirectly:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental loss;
• Loss arising from platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failures beyond 363bet's reasonable control;
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you failed to adequately safeguard your credentials;
• Loss arising from any reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 363bet support via live chat and submitting a written closure request. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any applicable deductions described in these Terms) will be returned to your registered mobile wallet, provided all outstanding wagering requirements and verification requirements have been satisfied.

363bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a stipulated timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal related to any deposit;
• Account inactivity exceeding the dormancy threshold set out in Section 3;
• Any legal, regulatory, or court order requiring restriction of the Account.

Where an Account is closed by 363bet due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited in whole or in part at 363bet's reasonable discretion, particularly where the balance is connected to the breaching activity.

363bet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 363bet will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the platform interface, registered mobile number, or email where available. The updated Terms will carry a revised effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 363bet platform after the stated effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and contact support to close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws relevant to the jurisdiction under which 363bet operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies designated by 363bet's operating framework.

Where a dispute arises between 363bet and a Player, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes may be escalated by contacting 363bet support, which will initiate a formal internal review process. 363bet's decision following a formal review constitutes the final resolution of the matter within the platform's internal procedures.
